SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders in the United States are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping and Handling costs are: 

  • Up to $250: $10.00
  • $250-$500: $25.00
  • Over $500: 5% of the subtotal

If you request FedEx overnight service or 2nd day there will be additional shipping charges. Please email us at any time of day at curt@drunkbusters.com or call us at 920-583-2491 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CST to get a FedEx shipping rate quote.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail Airmail. Additional shipping charges will apply for air mail orders. You as the customer are responsible for Customs charges, if any, in your country. We can ship outside of the United States with FedEx International, but you MUST have a FedEx account for us to do so.

 

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from Drunk Busters of America LLC, you may return it at your expense within 48 hours of receiving it and a 90% refund of the product cost will be given. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges.

 

SALES TAX

If you reside in the State of Wisconsin and your organization is tax exempt, you must fax, mail or email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to our office to be kept on file. Without the certificate, the State of Wisconsin sales tax will be applied. If you are in Wisconsin and are not tax exempt, the sales taxes will be added to your invoice total.

 

CREDIT/PURCHASE ORDERS

Credit is only approved for public and parochial schools and government agencies and we require a completed purchase order form.
The Purchase Order number should be included in your checkout form in the "Order Instructions/Comments" section.
