SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders in the United States are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping and Handling costs are:
- Up to $250: $20.00
- $251-$500: $30.00
- Over $500: 6% of the subtotal
If you are based in the United States or Canada, your order will be shipped with U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and you will receive it in 4-5 days if based in the USA, 5-10 days if based in Canada. If you are in Canada, we will email you a shipping quote after you place the order, or, you can email us and ask us what that charge will be. If you are in the USA and prefer FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, please email us for a price quote. If you are in Canada and want FedEx services, you need to schedule pickup at our location using your account, with all pickup fees and customs fees charged to your account. International orders (other than Canada) require you as the customer to schedule pickup at our location using FedEx International, UPS, or DHL. All pickup fees and customs fees are your responsibility. Please do NOT schedule pickup until after you have paid for your order, and we inform you that the package is ready to go. Payment for international orders may be made with a credit card, PayPal, or with a wire transfer. We only use U.S. Mail services for orders to the USA and Canada.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from Drunk Busters of America LLC, you may return it at your expense within 48 hours of receiving it and a 90% refund of the product cost will be given. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges.
SALES TAX
If you reside in the State of Wisconsin and your organization is tax exempt, you must mail or email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to our office to be kept on file. Without the certificate, the State of Wisconsin sales tax will be applied. If you are in Wisconsin and are not tax exempt, the sales taxes will be added to your invoice total.
CREDIT/PURCHASE ORDERS
Credit is only approved for public and parochial schools and government agencies and we require a completed purchase order form.
The Purchase Order number should be included in your checkout form in the "Order Instructions/Comments" section.
